This promise covers the fields documented in the API reference. If you build on those, and your code ignores fields it doesn’t recognise, changes under /v1 won’t break your integration.
Under /v1, Reclosed may add fields to responses. It won’t rename or remove a documented field, or change what one means. A breaking change would ship as a new version, /v2, with /v1 still supported alongside it.
A response can also contain fields the API reference doesn’t list. They aren’t covered by this promise and can change or disappear without notice, so don’t depend on them.
